FOOD INSECURITY

Food insecurity includes not simply lack of money to buy food, but also: lack of food stores in poorer neighborhoods; lack of access to nutritious, non-processed foods; lack of a car to get to good food stores; lack of time to take multiple busses to and from grocery stores; and the stress that comes from not always being sure you can afford to eat.
